1. The Bundelkhand University, Jhansi invites e- tenders under Two Bid System i.e. Technical Bid and Financial Bid from reputed, experienced and financially sound service provider to do CODING OF ANSWER BOOKS AND SCANNING OF OMR SHEETS. 

2. The complete Tender Document with scope of work and terms & conditions can be downloaded from the website https://etender.up.nic.in/ 

3. The opening of tenders will take place at Admin Block Conference Room Bundelkhand University, Kanpur Road Jhansi -284128, 

4. The validity of Tenders will be 365 days from the date of opening of Tenders. 

5. Bundelkhand University, Jhansi reserves the right to amend / cancel any of the terms and conditions in the Tender Document or to reject any or all tenders without giving any notice or assigning any reason. The decision of the University in this regard shall be final and binding on all. 

6. Tender must be accompanied by Tender Cost (non-refundable) of Rs.1180/- inclusive of all taxes by way of DD and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) Rs.50000/- by way of Demand Draft in favor of Finance Officer, Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. 

7. Tenders not accompanied by proof of deposit of EMD & Tender cost, shall be summarily rejected. The Tenderers are permitted to tender on the express condition that after submission of tender, in case he withdraws his offer, for any reason whatsoever during the Tender process, the Earnest Money Deposited by the tenderer shall stand forfeited without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of University against the tenderer under the contract and law and the Tenderer shall be liable for any loss suffered by University on account of such withdrawal/modification etc. 

8. All bids should be submitted online using government e-portal i.e. https://etender.up.nic.in/ no bids will be entertained directly at our office.
